Data Support Officer

• Development and quality assurance of Power BI dashboards, to ensure they meet reporting standards. • Analysis of large amounts of quantitative and qualitative health data using various data analysis software, to support performance monitoring, reporting, and development of Needs Assessment reports for the Adelaide region. • Development of Excel spreadsheets to capture required data, to meet reporting requirements set by the Commonwealth and the SA Health. • Development and review of Minimum Data Set for different health data assets, to help clients understand data requirements. • Utilization of Confluence and Jira to document and track any changes to dashboards, to easily facilitate communication of any updates or changes to the reporting requirements.

• Planning, designing, and implementing day-to-day leisure-based activity in 108 bed facility, which includes residents with varying care of needs. • Meeting the individual cultural, spiritual, religious, and personal leisure needs of the residents, through the individual assessment and consultation with the family. • Engaging with the external parties like entertainers to provide different activities, as well as with the different organisation and authorities to fulfill any leisure needs. • Managing recreation resources for the facility, which includes purchasing or trading any necessary leisure items for the facility.
