• Conduct electrical and thermal testing on power modules • Create a report from the raw data produced from test systems so that test results are presentable to customers • Work with customers and engineers to implement changes to products based off of data captured during testing • Manage test requests to ensure efficient use of lab resources • Create and manage Microsoft Access database of lab EQUIPMENT • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other interested parties to build and assemble test fixtures to accommodate new test systems or new products • Continuous improvement on test techniques to ensure processes conform to internal and external standards
