I partnered with the founder of the business to increase the sales and Brand Awareness in the community of Toluca and Mexico City. I was in charge of social media and marketing, where I grew organically the Facebook like count (from 100 to over 1500) and Instagram follower count (from 0 to over 200) using Facebook Business Suite (now Meta Business Suite and Business Manager) as well as Creator Studio to run Targeted Ad campaigns. Furthermore, I created and designed all the content online (Pictures, Ads, Copy, Videos, Menus, GIFs) as well as packaging for our products (TO- GO Bags, containers) using my skills with Adobe products as well as Photography. I worked alongside the Brand Manual to ensure that all the media created had a cohesive look to help brand recognition. You can see my designs for this role in my Behance page linked below. Additionally I also worked in our food truck when needed in any capacity necessary (Register, Cook, Runner, Supervisor, Manager) as I had experience and knowledge of how all of these positions worked, This also meant that I was partly in charge of customer service if needed.

I worked with a Catering Company that specialized in Candy Buffets for Parties and Celebrations (Weddings, XV’s, Birthdays). I was in charge of Social Media and Marketing using Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. This included photographing each event and creating Content and Copy with the aim of increasing Brand Awareness in Toluca and Mexico City. I started to create a Brand Identity that was carried over to all our social media pages and a mock website (https://dolcemesas.wixsite.com/dolcemomento). As my experience grew I was also in charge of Event Planning & Design for weddings and birthday parties which included working with other suppliers in the region for services that complemented the parties such as Florists, Food catering and Venues.
