Founder and Managing Director of Orangewind GmbH, a specialist consultancy focused on bank-grade wind-energy analytics. Responsible for technical leadership in wind-resource assessment and energy-yield assessments, development of digital QA and automation workflows aligned with IEC 61400-15 and FGW TR6, and delivery of independent, finance-grade analyses for developers, investors, and lenders. Oversees strategy, client engagement, and partnerships, while driving applied R&D at the intersection of wind engineering, data science, and ML-enabled quality assurance.

At Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems IWES, I work on the application, validation, and standardisation of wind lidar for onshore and offshore wind energy. My role focuses on uncertainty analysis, complex flow conditions, and the integration of lidar into wind resource assessment, turbine performance evaluation, and control applications. I am actively involved in international collaboration and coordination activities, including contributions to IEA Wind Task 52, bridging research outcomes with industry-relevant guidance and recommended practices.
