In my new role, still I'm responsible for the tasks below; -Creating reports in Power BI or preparation monthly base presentations for the executives -To come up with the insights, -Consultation for the executives, -To analysis the Poland Subsidiary's business and to support C levels on the management, -Discover the problems or opportunities and taking some initiativies and some actions accordingly, -Following up the budget of subsidiary, But additionally, -I'm focused to 100% Kervan's Poland company, ZPC Otmuchow, -Created a new department in the company as a Poland Coordination Department. -Our team is grown up and I'm leading the team, -We're implementing the product's cross launches in Poland and in Türkiye by using my previous experiences, -Leading the meetings between two companies about sales, marketing, budget, financial and executive. -I'm traveling to Poland in monthly basis in order to catch up our topics.
