Managed sponsorships —responsible for contracting, invoicing and post-sale customer satisfaction. Designed and implemented successful customer retention program to ensure reoccurring revenue for the department. Managed post-event logistics including satisfaction surveys and reviewing data trends to ensure the future success of the department. Built and managed infrastructure to maintain a single system of records to track; clients, individual budgets and sales.

I began with Nordstrom on the Service Experience team in January 2012. I had the opportunity to be one of five members of this new team who lead the store opening as the first fulling mobile, front-facing store. In the Spring of 2013 I was accepted into, the Future Nordstrom Leaders program, where I learned how to lead the Nordstrom way. After the completion of the FNL program, I was promoted to the City Creek Designer Handbags and Gucci Assistant Manager role. Responsible for creating department schedules and sales goals for 15 associates on a weekly basis. Maintained product selling costs to ensure profitability. Analyzed and leveraged historical store reporting data to drive new business, resulting in department growth.
