National Audit Manager

- Managed the training division of the World Bank-funded Public Financial Reform Project (PFMR II), implemented by Cowaater International at Afghanistan's Supreme Audit Office. - Translated the INTOSAI standards for compliance auditing from English to Persian. - Prepared the background training needs analysis which was used for the proposal for establishing a National Audit Academy. The proposal was approved and grant was allocated.
