Systems Analyst II

Supporting the rollout of the Retail IT Asset Management program at Starbucks, including data analysis and monitoring during for all stores in the US and Canada. Owned tactical day to day monitoring and analysis of store assets and configuration items with updates captured daily into our internal CMBD. Identifying issues with assets and completing root cause analysis, working with the program lead to get issues addressed, help build processes to prevent future issues, and create supporting documentation. Generate and distribute reports related to current assets, and configuration items, perform trend analysis and summarize information. Work with internal business units to gather data-related requirements and deliver reports and dashboards to meet requirements.
