Research Intern

Conducted cutting-edge research in Sophie Breton's lab on the human mitochondrial proteome. Focused on MTALCO1, a novel gene from the alternative proteome, shedding light on the mitochondria's underestimated coding potential. Developed expertise in advanced laboratory techniques, including Western Blot analysis, cell culture, CO-IP, immunofluorescence, and protein quantification methods. First co-author of a research article currently under review.
