Encourage safe, respectful, and responsible behavior when hosting other teams or visiting other schools. Be mindful and considerate of the environment, buildings, and occupants both at home and away.

Group Fitness Instructor

Lead F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes while adhering to the studios exercise protocols, rules, and regulations at all times. Make sure that the studio is neat and orderly. Equipment should be organized and wiped down, towels picked up, trash emptied, with the room in pristine condition. Physically walk through each station to determine that there is enough space and the proper equipment pre and post classes. Make sure all stations are spaced the required 6ft of social distancing per the required F45 Training program provided for each workout. Interact professionally with current and potential members at all times while in the studio or during community events. Practice social distancing and use of mask as required by the studio at all times in the studio and during community events. Lead trainer narrates all stations offering modifications when applicable. Provide modifications on the spot for any stations that will agitate the injury mentioned. Create a team training culture in class encouraging client interaction and support. Be hands-on with clientele, working out with them, challenging them to work hard, and providing manual and verbal cueing for postural adjustments during workouts.
