Utilized snowflake schema in Power BI to compare and analyze Prior Year, Actual and Budget numbers, aiding strategic decision-making. • SSRS Report ‘Payroll Accrual for Company Drivers’ for Accounting Team to analyze revenue and pay details for all the terminals fetched from TMW (Trucking Management) and match with GL (Great Lakes) in a single report. • ‘Logistics Incentive Dashboard’ (Power BI, DAX, SQL for data manipulation) for Director’s decision making of next quarter budget. Dashboard also includes estimation of Target based on predictive analysis and Incentives made by ‘Carrier Procurement Specialists’ and ‘Customer Service Representatives’. Implemented Row-Level Security to make the Dashboard visible to Management level only. • ‘Fleet Uptime’ (Power BI, Query Editor, DAX-Measure/Column, SQL) for Maintenance Director and CEO to track active truck delivering a load, active idle truck, and trucks under maintenance. The dashboard helped them to track unused trucks and increase revenue by a minimum of 10%. • ‘Demurrage Time’ Power BI Dashboard for Operations Team to track trucks sitting at Customer Warehouse for a long time and calculate demurrage charge for each customer and adding approximately $20,000 to the company Revenue.

Confidential details which were maintained on hard copies were transformed to soft data using ICUE IMS making claim process 10 times faster.
