In this role, I worked within the Digital Research Environment at GOSH, providing data analysis, statistical modelling, and app development solutions for clinical research projects. My role was split between directed clinical research and big data infrastructure projects, such as using generative adversarial networks to generate synthetic patient data with TensorFlow and Microsoft Azure. I also assisted with safeguarding patient data, writing data extraction scripts and structuring data flows from clinical systems using SQL.

SysMIC Mentor

In this part-time role, I provided support to students enrolled on SysMIC courses at UCL. These courses teach mathematical modelling and computer programming to life scientists. During my time in this position, I marked a number of projects on predator prey modelling, Lac-Operon modelling, and have travelled to various Universities to provide external support on Matlab programming courses delivered to their doctoral training centre students.

During my time as a demonstrator at UCL, I demonstrated seasonly for the undergraduate module: "Dynamic Biological Systems". In this role, I provided support to students learning to write computer programmes in Python. This involved providing one-one support, debugging scripts, and advising on best coding practices.
