Moving to the Professional Services team, my goal was to develop a new Insights Consulting service model. Using what I learned from my previous role, I developed tools for efficiently determining the scope of client programmes and opportunities for expansion, based on their current survey methods and metadata. Additionally, I developed new reporting templates, designed so they could be easily adapted to provide value for all of our clients.

Using my research data background and technical knowledge, I was able to build out schema for managing product attributes and taxonomies, review our ranges and provide insights to the buying team. During lockdown, I had the unique opportunity to work with Jason Bradbury (The Gadget Show, 2004 - 2016), writing guides and advising on Raspberry Pi projects.
