Maintained highest levels of independent scores on inspections scoring on average 90% or better on inspections. -Inspired up to 138 Team members and managed staffing levels by conducting interviews and on boarding process to maintain staffing levels at proper levels. Oversaw training of new team members both hourly and management to ensure readiness of them to reach our success.
