Market Research Analyst

Competitive Market Research: • Increased my team’s (and CAS leadership’s) visibility of insightful market data by consolidating and summarizing all available data resources and presenting new market dynamics on a quarterly basis. • Collaborated annually with cross-functional teams from 11 global regions to build a highly detailed market model to act as a single “source of truth” for our business, and an attempt to anticipate shifts in market dynamics and growth opportunities over the next 5 years for Medtronic C-suite. US Product Launch Support: • Supported several product launches that contributed to roughly $116M (121%) in quarterly revenue growth for our business since joining Medtronic by developing and maintaining live product dashboards that were used to track procedure numbers and new customers, analyze customer feedback, and drive product innovation and inform future targeting strategies. AI Utilization: • Built a “Tech Tracker” database using Microsoft power apps to consolidate all known product specifications and launch dates, then live-linked it to a variety of Excel and Power Bi reports to make this info easily accessible to our team. • Helped to build a custom GPT for our business to read through physician feedback from emails and Microsoft Forms results, as well as products specs from our “Tech Tracker” database, and respond to prompts from users accurately and with citation. Digital Marketing: • Utilized Adobe Analytics to track engagement for Medtronic’s web traffic, podcast views, and social media content engagement, and created a dashboard for CAS marketing leadership to easily monitor live trends and improve customer experience. • Performed a social media ad performance analysis using data from LinkedIn Ads and Sprout Social to highlight high/low performing ads based on CTR, and inform future ad design and spend allocation strategy.
