• Direct and organize domestic logistics activities such as managing shipment receiving schedules and returning cancelled shipments. • Negotiating with 3PL partners, tracking and expediting shipments and solving any discrepancy of quality and quantity and schedule. • Work across multiple departments with aftersales, customer service, QC, network and accounting. • Communicate daily with the 3PL to ensure procedures were followed for shipping and delivery. • Work under intense pressure to meet shipping deadlines. • Monitor deliveries ensuring SLA were followed and guarantee customer satisfaction. • Alert all parties under account of shipment delays, canceled orders, changes in route and all issues regarding orders. • Attend daily phone call meetings with logistics service provider’s team to discuss and follow up on performance. • Responsible for training new 3PL partner’s team to how to use our ERP system to know how to schedule, cancel, view & track shipments. • Explain all the workflow and process. • Communicate clearly the progress of Weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with 3PL partners. • Communicate effectively through different channels (Telephone, Emails, Meetings, etc...) • Communicate with the 3PL for any new procedures and instructions.
