My Work Experience

Where I've interned and worked during my career.

PNC | Jun 2019 - Dec 2023

Quantitative Analytics & Modeling Consultant

In my recent position with PNC, I belonged to a group that is charged with estimating losses within PNC’s Commercial & Institutional loan portfolio. Among my responsibilities, I executed development guidelines for the new Business Credit probability-of-default statistical model. I also performed QA/ QC testing on the portfolio to establish that modeled loan loss reserves are reasonable, and the results are based on valid quarterly data. I achieved at creating a new monitoring procedure for a key component of loan loss prediction, through building of the python code and the analyses to capture performance.

Precision Dialogue, an RRD company | Mar 2018 - Jun 2019

Data Scientist

I gained valuable experience in the Retail Marketing industry at Precision Dialogue, the marketing services division of RR Donnelly. For our clients, I produced important insights into customer purchasing behavior, garnered from historical transaction data. I further initiated a standardized procedure of predictive modeling for classification and regression uses in marketing campaigns. The approach employed H2O.ai, an open-source platform of statistical and machine learning methods.

Parker Hannifin | Jun 2016 - Mar 2018

Data Scientist

Parker Hannifin offered the opportunity to broaden my career into the Manufacturing sector. There, I applied quantile regression models to value the potential sales amounts that can be expected from individual businesses. The analysis provided a unique approach for segmenting Parker customers. My contributions also included research into churn and sales forecast models specific to non-contractual relationships, which are common among B2B customer bases.

KeyBank | Apr 2005 - Jun 2016

Client Insights Manager

During my eleven-year tenure at KeyBank, I was engaged in a significant variety of projects. I developed thirty product-level propensity models for the Real Time Offer initiative, where customers’ attributes determined the offer with the highest likelihood of response. I introduced an approach to estimate customer long-term value using survival analysis. The results helped evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on incremental profit. In addition, I prepared scorecards of new client onboarding performance, in regard to customer relationship activation, growth, and retention. And led an initiative to measure first call resolution to support contact center objectives of elevated customer experience.
