Team member of a Tier 2 IT Service Center. Primary New Hire Coordinator for the Greater Atlanta Market. Developed and led technical training for over 2,000 new hires as part of a national new hire program, with an emphasis on Lotus Notes (Versions 7 and 8) and Microsoft Windows (XP and 7). Served as trainer for high profile iPad deployment to all partners in the Atlanta area. Backup Infrastructure Coordinator for the Atlanta Office. Partnered with Monitor and Response team to program switches and routers as part of regular scheduled maintenance as well as emergency response. Facilitated the migration of all office systems from Windows XP to Windows 7. Ensured migration was handled accurately and remained on schedule during one year project timeline.
