Operational excellence and data-driven strategies helped elevate the hotels’ ranking from ️7 to ️1 in Guanajuato. Annual pricing strategies were developed, cost-saving initiatives implemented, a preventive maintenance plan designed, and inventory controls improved—resulting in a reduction of operational costs from 60% to 40%. Tableau dashboards were created to monitor occupancy, guest demographics, and cash flow, enhancing data accuracy and enabling the CEO to reduce decision-making time by 50%. Client data was cleaned and segmented using SQL and Microsoft Office, supporting personalized marketing efforts and eliminating 99% of inconsistencies.
