Team Lead, Research and Policy

• Managed a virtual team of researchers that developed policy briefs, impact reports, and voter FAQs to mainstream procedural democracy reforms that depolarize elections and reduce negative campaigning. • Coordinated with executives to align team operations with organizational strategy and delivered reports to the executive team in statewide meetings. • Analyzed public voter data to improve election-day canvassing efforts by finding high-volume precincts across the state; outreach team doubled their projected signups in these high-volume precincts. • Use project management software to track team objectives, coordinate meetings, develop team charter, and organize team resources.

Public Health Intern

Health Department Rule 535 designed to improve vaccination rates through health education. • Prototyped an interactive health education module to be used by local, state, and community agencies. • Created SOP's for community health workers and an FAQ for parents and health professionals to clarify expectations about the change to Rule 535. • Designed a program evaluation that measured the change in immunization rates following the rule change and gathered information on potential weak- points in the program to guide future improvements.

• Lectured the university course on Theories of Personality (4033) for undergraduate students. • Designed the syllabus, selected the textbook, guided class activities, formulated assignments, and facilitated class discussion. • In year-end reviews, was rated as "Always" giving prompt feedback, setting clear expectations, and respecting students by 100% of the class.

STEM ProDev Coordinator

• Funded by the National Science Foundation to design and execute a professional development program called STEM ProDev, targeting graduate- level engineers at the University of Tulsa. • Coached students using 360-degree feedback reports customized to align with the specially developed STEM ProDev competency model. • Analyzed preliminary data and reported research at the 2017 American Society for Engineering Education conference. • 80% of students said they were confident in their ability to take ownership of their professional development after participating.
