Health Department Rule 535 designed to improve vaccination rates through health education. • Prototyped an interactive health education module to be used by local, state, and community agencies. • Created SOP's for community health workers and an FAQ for parents and health professionals to clarify expectations about the change to Rule 535. • Designed a program evaluation that measured the change in immunization rates following the rule change and gathered information on potential weak- points in the program to guide future improvements.
