Customer Support Shift Lead

Supporting customer relations agents by providing expert knowledge of our product and on the spot coaching. SPREAD is a record label in Portland, Oregon with expertise in music licensing, music production, public relations, marketing, event promotions, band management, and artist development. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Strategic lead on band marketing and campaign development for SPREAD artists such as, Moxie Black, Luck-One & Dekk, Josh and Mer, and Shadows On Stars. • Serving as the administrator of thirty band’s copyrights for use in synchronization with television, film, and video games. • Booking agent for developing bands, and liaison between talent and talent buyers. • Recording and evaluating the impact of a band’s press, radio promotions, and marketing campaigns. • Proficiency in music publishing, public relations, media relations, radio promotions, music marketing strategy, small business finance, and booking engagements. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Identified a copyright infringement and negotiated settlement with JCP and Harvey Weinstein Co. • Secured $25K of seed capital for SPREAD, in 2009. • Negotiated worldwide blanket licensing-synchronization deals with MTV and VH1 for Moxie Black and Luck-One & Dekk. • Arranged feature write-ups in Prefix Magazine, The Hypebeast, and Complex.com for Shadows On Stars; as well as, features in hundreds of tastemaker Blogs for all SPREAD artists. • Successful in pitching Shadows On Stars and Josh and Mer as support for national acts such as, St. Lucia, The Royal Concept, Little Hurricane, Alexz Johnson, and The Tubes. • Arranged seven showcases in six-day for Josh and Mer at SXSW 2012. • Lead negotiations and successfully brokered the title-theme song for the VH1 TV series Big Ang.

Building brand loyalty by: • Engaging consumers with friendly, insightful, and concise conversations about the Vitaminwater brand, it’s vision, and values. • Educating target consumers on everything there is to know about Vitaminwater products so they can make more sound decisions. • Random acts of kindness--sometimes known as guerilla marketing. Find people who are putting in hard work or getting in a hard work out (like construction workers, skate boarders, police officers, even retail associates), and surprising them with a cold refreshing beverage. • Devoloping a positive lasting memory of Vitaminwater.
