Associate Data Analyst

• Utilizes MySQL to transform data and create individualized reporting for school leaders • Has written Python scripts to automate processes using cron from reporting as well as automation of platform work, which has saved over 100 hours for the Tech Support team • Tableau Administrator for all of AppleTree’s internal and external dashboards • Worked with an outside contractor to implement an embedding of our Tableau dashboards within the company’s online platform • Determined and implemented an itemized process for updating the platform database, by removing over 25 million records. • Managed projects related to Google Apps Script and insertion of data into databases for reporting purposes • Researched and implemented a solution for automatic delivery of over 200 reports • Built a Weekly Heatmap tool for the Support team to analyze customer service tickets • Created analysis for the Curriculum team that determined the impact of lessons during small-group instruction • Created a predictive tool to determine the yearly charter school score administered by the Public Charter School Board metrics • Member of the EdTech Data Discovery Team, which directs the upgrading and rebranding of the entire online platform • Attended the 2024 Tableau Conference in San Diego, CA
