My responsibilities are mainly related to studies and research projects, including stakeholder relationship management, supervision and implementation of data collection, data analysis, and reporting and presenting study results. I co-facilitate enumerator training and supervise data collection in the field, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. Not only do I conduct data analysis, but I also guide other team members during data analysis. Similar to my previous positions in the organisation, I also prepare reports from research findings and at times present the results of the study, best practices, and lessons learned. Additionally, I also contribute to technical proposals for several tender or bidding opportunities, showcasing the organisation’s understanding of research methodologies and extensive capabilities in project execution.

Program Manager - Research

As a program manager, I managed, coordinated, and monitored various commissioned and in-house research projects which I was involved within my capacity as Senior Project Officer. These projects include studies in early childhood education and capacity development in higher education. I also co- developed a draft of research agenda for ACER Indonesia to be implemented as self-initiated research and for developing knowledge product. In my tenure as Program Manager for Research, I also coordinated and contributed to an assessment and scalability study of an upskilling program for adolescents. I also prepared a desk review of a Central Asian country's educational system preparedness and response to COVID-19.

As a senior project officer, I was responsible for implementing and assisting various commissioned and in-house projects, including several studies in early childhood education, data collection in primary schools and capacity development in higher education.
