Junior Engineer

. Tracking and comparing contractor's on site progress to the planned progress and highlighting any lags, delays and over runs . Monitoring project requisitions and cost and highlights any over runs interim valuations and variation log, cost/time impacts conjunction with the Chief Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. . Preparing, maintaining and updating records of punch lists related to multiple packages for the complete project. . Preparing, updating and coordinating bi-weekly progress and resource reports across multiple packages between the client and contractor. . Attending regular meetings with the project stakeholders briefing the current situation of the project and the future planned completion dates. . Preparing/Reviewing Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) including quantities, unit prices, invoice calculations etc. . Maintain record of payment agreements, payment certificates and actual payment made by the client. . Prepares and maintain summaries of costs and quantities. . Draft responses to relevant communication including inquiries, letters, memos, submittals & minutes of meetings. . Preparing, maintaining and updating records of punch lists related to multiple packages for the complete project.
