Subdisciplines of focus are geophysics, structural geology, and geodynamics. Research interests include geothermics and computational modeling.

M.S. student in Geology at the University of North Dakota Harold Hamm School of Geology and Geological Engineering in Grand Forks, ND with research advisor Dr. William Gosnold. A Master's thesis project involving creation of a computational 2-D thermal model and geothermal gradient assessment of the Williston Basin was undertaken in 2016-2017 and completed in December 2017.

Monitored real-time data streams of downhole drilling parameters in order to maintain well integrity and safety of oil & gas wells; ensured proper function of the mud logging unit and mud logging systems used by Geoservices to perform mud logging duties on board oil & gas rigs; produced deliverable reports to Schlumberger clients operating the oil & gas rigs.

Performed a study of a stalactite gathered from Ulupaka Cave of the island of Niue; collected isotopic compositions of carbon and oxygen via GC-Mass Spectrometry used in eliciting regional rainfall records. Additionally, I worked as a lab assistant, preparing and carrying out out GC-Mass Spectrometry analysis of research samples for determination of carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions; maintained lab materials and equipment as necessary.
