In my role, I navigate from business & product to data engineering & analytics. My tasks include: - Responsible for delivering customizable reporting tools (control panels, analytical dashboards, and tabular reports) for a major client in the real estate industry in the USA in topics ranging from IoT Sensors and Chatbot to Financial Reports and Property Management solutions. - Designing dbt models in SQL in Snowflake and GitHub for a Unified Data Model solution that merges information across databases in a legacy system. - Supporting the development of a Semantic Layer that sits on top of a Unified Data Model by gathering information with the client to understand their business needs. - Managing multiple stakeholders (Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Designers) by making sure that the client's business expectations are met.

After self-studying for the GRE and GMAT, I learned a lot about the exam and scored on the 94th percentile in the mathematics exam. This experience motivated me to develop MePrepara. MePrepara is an fully automated online platform that provides students in Brazil with 140 carefully designed online lectures for the GRE and the GMAT quantitative sections as well as over 300 exercises and a comprehensive 60- day study plan. I believe that every student should have equal access to educational resources, such as the best advisors, relevant information, and a comprehensive preparation course for a fair price.

Caio Costa Velasco

Brazilian Mechanical Engineer who holds a Master in Economics and Public Policy from UCLA with a full scholarship from the Lemann Foundation. I started a prestigious Ph.D. in Economics in Europe during covid but decided to stop and transition to DS.
