▪ Orchestrates strategic discussions and change management proposals for the Enterprise Project Management, Technology Shared Services, and Infrastructure (EPM-TSS-Infra) leadership team. ▪ Functions as innovator, project manager, and BI developer, designing visualization tools via PowerBI to highlight trends and portfolio forecast models to enable data-driven decisions and optimal resource allocation utilizing Oracle databases. ▪ Serves as Product Owner for the project management tool Clarity PPM, managing vendor relationships with Broadcom and Rego including the build out of integration plans and facilitating growth of the platform. ▪ Works closely with Finance and Portfolio Management teams to evaluate forecasted project value and the value of projects delivered to ensure UScellular is focused on initiatives driving the most benefits to the organization. ▪ Constructs executive-level presentations grounded in comprehensive analysis of quantitative and qualitative data catering to the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
