The transition included the majority of targeted sendouts (based on tracking and historical customer data) and had marketing team and tech team as stakeholders - Analyzed AB test results for marketing tests apt at improving conversion rates, profit contribution and retention. - Introduced statistical significance tests for continuous variables in the AB testing workflow - Designed and maintained performance dashboards for sendouts monitoring
