As a member of the BabyBRAIN group I studied the role of learning progress in exploration behaviour in adult participants under supervision of prof. Sabine Hunnius and dr. Marlene Meyer. Study 1: Neural mechanisms of learning progress in exploration behaviour using fMRI. During my first internship under supervision of dr. Timo Stein at the Brain and Cognition Lab of UvA I have studied whether the human working memory is able to perform unconsciously. During the internship I gained theoretical knowledge in the field of brain and cognition, and practical research skills in the form of programming in Matlab, R and SPSS.
