Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

Played a critical role in managing the governance of SAP planning data for over 2 million material locations, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational goals. Leveraged Power BI dashboards and SQL- based rules to identify and address data quality issues, utilizing advanced analytics, root cause analysis, and trend evaluation to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborated with supply planners and management to implement corrective actions, rectify supply chain flows, and establish robust master data governance rules. Led the development, testing, and publication of 25+ MRP data quality rules, creating templates for requirements gathering, buiness use case, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to streamline implementation. Led biweekly standup meeting with SQL developers and governance community to discuss new data quality rules and rule enhancements for Master Data Govenance. Set up timely planning parameters controlling network flows from manufacturing sites into new cross-docks and new cross- docks into international DCs per weekly go live schedule. Augmented data literacy among planning community through development and publication of troubleshooting guides and knowldege articles to company knowledge port. Increased data quality to 99.9% across priority data quality rules for responsible Operating Units. Developed formal documentation for all existing Planning Master Data Quality (MDQ) rules. Senior Material Master Analyst

As a Senior Material Master Analyst at Aesculap, I directed the successful upload of over 20,000 Unique Device Identification (UDI) data elements for medical devices to the FDA, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards. I also managed the ongoing maintenance and publication of UDI data, establishing reliable and accurate processes to ensure seamless updates and compliance continuity. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation of an end-of-life process for over 1,000 materials, ensuring proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
