Main Project: Implementation of calibration methods for random forest models used in scoring, ensuring interpretability without impacting the evaluation metric (AUC). - Conducted an in-depth comparative analysis between random forest models and logistic regression to identify the strengths and limitations of each approach for score prediction. - Collected requirements and formalized underlying objectives. - Conducted extensive literature research on calibration techniques and tested them on Open Data. - Developed an internal calibration tool (based on Scikit-Learn) to facilitate the analysis and visualization of model calibration performance. - Wrote comprehensive documentation in English (reports, Python notebooks, functions) to ensure the transferability and long-term understanding of the tools. - Delivered oral and written presentations in both English and French on the work completed and the results obtained.
