• Produced sustainability communications for internal and external audiences, including social media posts, blog articles, and investor reports. • Significantly increased social media engagement from the first month. • Launched an independent consultancy project for biodiversity-friendly lighting, which provided actionable steps based on trends and policies, and an analysis of the intersection between the business's operations and biodiversity. • Led multiple popular employee engagement campaigns with over 30 participants. • Managed multiple projects involving senior stakeholders, including the first edition of the Climate action report. • Conducted qualitative research on sustainability trends and made actionable recommendations for various topics, such as biodiversity conservation and sustainable packaging.
