DimercTech was established to expand the group’s presence in the technology market, offering a broad range of technology products and services for businesses and institutions. My role involved the strategic direction of purchasing and imports, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal coordination of international imports from key markets such as the U.S. (Miami and California), China, and Taiwan. I implemented innovative stock control solutions and conducted market analysis on price volatility in the technology sector, enabling timely and strategic purchasing decisions. Additionally, I was responsible for supplier negotiations, optimizing commercial conditions, including financial contributions, rebate agreements, and volume-based incentives, ensuring profitability and competitive pricing for DimercTech. I also led the management of technology procurement tenders under the Government Framework Agreement, overseeing the listing of products in Chile’s public procurement platform (Mercado Público) and securing a strong competitive position in the B2G (Business to Government) segment. This experience allowed me to develop and position a new business line within Dimerc S.A., strengthening strategic supplier relationships and enhancing the technology product offering for corporate and government clients.

Head of Category & Product Strategy | PC Factory

Throughout my career at PC Factory, I progressed from Product Manager Junior to Product Manager Senior, ultimately assuming the role of Category Leader, solidifying a strategic and operational vision in technology product management. As a Product Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the product mix and inventory management of computer components, including processors, motherboards, cooling systems, ventilation, power supplies, and graphics cards. I developed commercial strategies to maximize category profitability, maintained strategic relationships with suppliers, and managed imports from key markets such as the U.S. (Miami and California), China, and Taiwan. Additionally, I led the inventory management for the Computer Assembly Factory and the Gear private label, implementing stock control solutions and integrating Windows Name Account for license injection into Gear desktop computers. Later, as Category Leader, I took on the leadership of the purchasing team, composed of three Product Managers, one Product Engineer, and one Assistant, driving growth in the computer components, parts, and accessories segment, as well as the server ecosystem. I expanded the portfolio with new product lines in the electronics sector, including robotics, development boards, and microcontrollers, creating new business opportunities. In this role, I optimized logistics and international import management, ensuring efficient inventory control and adapting to market volatility for strategic purchasing decisions. I also represented the Gear brand in the market, leading buyer relations and strengthening its positioning. Throughout my tenure at PC Factory, I managed a product portfolio that grew from 500 to over 1,000 active SKUs, distributed across 40 product families and more than 50 brands. My leadership in category management and process optimization strengthened the company’s commercial and operational strategy in the technology sector.
