Minister and Under Secretary. ▪ Wrote an expert thesis named as “Assessment of Statistical Data and Methods in Industrial Policy Making and Application Process; Application of Statistical Methods as a Medium of Evidence Based Policy in the Leading OECD and EU Countries.” (Available in Turkish.) ▪ Carried out studies related to EU membership harmonization process such as SME test. ▪ Participated to several OECD Meetings such as Working Party on Industrial Analysis and Evaluation of Industrial Policy. ▪ Coordinated the Ministry’s bilateral relations between the UK, Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. ▪ Performed studies about the EU Technical Regulation which includes works about standardization and notified bodies. ▪ Prepared reports about enterprise and industrial policy of the EU. ▪ Organized the Ministry’s bilateral relations between the UK, Denmark, and Romaine. ▪ Prepared country profiles, speech texts, special reports, and weekly summaries of news about science and technology to the Ministerial office.
