Product Manager

Currently I own the vision & strategy for HDVI's AI initiatives. I manage the products from beginning to end, managing user feedback and using it to implement further enhancements. Our overarching roadmap will align with our company targets & ambitions. Previously was the owner of the Data Sciences & Actuarial team, I helped drive the our products vision and strategy from inception to launch, developing and managing a comprehensive product roadmap that directly aligned with core business goals. Spearheaded multiple products (models & reports) development lifecycle, from defining detailed requirements in Jira to managing the prioritized backlog and coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure on-time delivery. Optimized team performance and process efficiency by leading agile ceremonies & actively removing roadblocks, resulting in a 15% increase in team velocity.
