-Oversee 8 software implementers regarding their projects, training, career development, and client escalations: meet biweekly for staff one-on-ones and weekly team office hours (for complex projects and cases) -Relieve client escalations and concerns on projects and cases through problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution management.
