*Sampled and analyzed incoming raw materials to ensure conformance with quality standards. *Identified quality defects at the point of supply to enhance reduction of process waste, process stability and increased output. *Improved general GMP score in company’s raw material warehouses through weekly pep talks for warehouse personnel while keeping required records and evidence. *Monitored monthly supplier’s report, trending defects and request for CAPA. *Documented analyses results using App-sheet for traceability purposes and team sharing. *Maintained not more than two days TAT on analyses of all raw materials. *Part of the team that ensured Dufil Prima Foods Plc was successfully audited and certified to be ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS).
