- Developed a scalable statistical significance testing function to conduct hypothesis testing on paired categorical data to uncover data-driven insights and fulfill client requests. - Extracted, wrangled, and manipulated Qualtrics survey data - containing anywhere from hundreds to millions of observations - to create ad-hoc external reports that aggregate results into a usable and interpretable format for stakeholders. - Conducted correspondence analysis, drivers analysis, and logistic regression to help clients understand current brand perceptions and pathways to elevate brand reputation.

While a volunteer English Teacher, I learned fundamentals to teaching English as a Foreign Language before actually stepping into the classroom. Our professional development sessions addressed behavior management, building effective lesson plans, and pedagogical techniques. I traveled to three cities across the Hunan Province, building relationships with school administrators before stepping inside the classroom to teach students from 1st to 8th Grade. Ultimately, I taught 6 classes in total with classes ranging from 30 to 60 students.

Designed a volunteer program for 23 high school students to contribute to the Chinatown community and explore ideas of civic engagement.
