Projects: Analysis of Boston City Incident and Crime Trends from 2016 to 2022 (Python, Tableau): • Analyzed and cleaned data containing close to 1 million police reports from 2015 to 2022 to categorize them between incidents and crimes, obtaining meaningful insights on the change in incidents and criminal activity with time. • Identified trends in criminal activity and recommended targeted interventions to reduce crime in the most dangerous districts. Identifying High-Risk Customer Churn Profile in Banking using Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau): • Analyzed demographic and financial data to determine the segment of clients most likely to churn. • Examined the data to compare the history of previous churners (20% of total customers) and create a profile based on their characteristics and financial behavior, identifying the most churn-prone group of customers, totaling 17% of current clients, highlighting where retention strategies should focus. • Mastered skills in analyzing business problems, data analysis, presenting business insights, SQL, Python, and Data Visualization.
