ZAGG, Inc. | May 2022 - Nov 2023

Creative Producer/Project Manager

As a member of the creative operations group, my main priorities were facilitating tasks and assignments to creative team members. This includes initiating project kickoffs, managing production schedules, and overseeing the planned workflow to ensure final projects were delivered successfully and on time. I effectively communicated schedules, budgets, and timelines with Art Directors, our in-house photographer, and freelance crew to produce high-quality visual content. In addition to these tasks, I helped to smoothly transition cross-functional departments company-wide into a new DAM system, Brandfolder. I oversaw the maintenance and troubleshooting of the system as well as staff and end-user training to ensure accurate metadata and assets were findable.
