Managing Director

Raised capital for PCA Fund by presenting fixed income investment strategies. Built PCA’s fixed income trading business. Managed and steered the development of fixed income platform which consisted of model and market valuations, risk and portfolio management and operation system to handle various interest rate products. Recruited a team of professionals in research and operations to support trading of liquid rates and off-shore CNY/CNH market.

US Treasury bond market maker, providing liquidity to institutional investors, corporate clients, hedge funds and other units within the firm by accessing and analyzing market trends. Worked with sales desk to provide market color to clients and to identify trading opportunities. Participated in US Treasuries auctions and provide feedback of market conditions to Federal Reserve Bank of NY.
