Manages our flagship platform's roadmap, specializing in data management and innovative solutions tailored for the agricultural sector. I lead and motivate development teams, focusing on timely and client-centric product delivery. Currently, I am at the helm of a major 2024 project, orchestrating the efforts of multiple scrum teams. This role showcases my strength in agile project management, alignment of team activities, and efficient execution. Major Impacts: • Led the development and implementation of standardized processes for cleansing incoming animal health data, particularly addresses. This initiative significantly reduced the need for manual merging by enhancing duplicate detection rules, further minimizing records requiring manual verification. • Currently overseeing the planning and execution of key Ingestion and Product MDM features for our innovative Market Intelligence B2B solution, targeted for launch in late 2024. This project represents a major step in advancing our data management capabilities and expanding our market reach.

Major Impacts: • Aided in the launch of a SaaS product for a non-profit organization that helped decrease the time for clients to go through intake and be processed by 40%. Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and manage project scope, timelines, and resources. Major Impact: • Led post-merger planning, scoping and integration activities of our cross- functional Technical Integration and Seller Services teams through the merger and acquisition of Channel Fireball and BinderPOS.
