* Led VDI-3822–style failure investigations; authored a global process-validation standard for qualifying production processes against all product requirements. * Scaled the central materials database (over 2,000 entries) and translated lab results into design rules for mechanical, verification, and production teams. * Coordinated cross-functional task forces to resolve high-impact system failures, improving robustness and time-to-resolution. * Managed the structural-materials patent portfolio—directed searches, oppositions, and filings. * Co-inventor on two patents (WO2020126501A1, WO2022129479A1)
