Media Operations and Data Management in a thriving documentary production company and factual media group. Management of AWS estate across the business including: - 1.5PB of digital media integrated to a cloud based MAM with rich metadata - Online/offline workflows - On demand cloud edit facilities - Cross company access for multiple channels of revenue from media distribution. Projects include: - Migration of Avid Interplay media and metadata to cloud platform. - Decommissioning and data integrity validation of legacy tape systems - Architecture, daily operation and team training on automated cloud to avid offline/online workflows - Architecture of data lifecycling from pre-production, shooting/capture, production, post-production, delivery, archive and evergreen revenue channels.

Main duties included: 1st/2nd line technical support for international studios, operations, and production (Adobe CC / Dalet). Troubleshooting Citrix Remote Sessions and data transfer clients. Station Engineer Gibraltar; Maintaining and troubleshooting DTH/DTT TV Head End Systems and 2x FM Transmitters 2019 Radio Transmission Control; Programming the transmission routes for over 20 Radio Stations. The company also achieved ISO 27001 certification during this period which had me involved in Information Security hardening and system overhaul within the business infrastructure and workflows.
