- Collaborating closely with others in business to facilitate the production of the Financial Crime Risk Assessment, ensuring alignment with the latest financial crime typologies. - Supported the implementation of the Financial Crime compliance monitoring program in collaboration with FinCrime colleagues. - Working with stakeholders to develop and interpret management information aligned with identified financial crime risks. - Offering guidance to enhance operational controls based on legal, regulatory, and best practice requirements. - Assisted in the development and delivery of training to other teams on FinCrime related topics. - Providing assurance on the alignment of policies, procedures, and controls with UK legal, regulatory, and industry standards through periodic testing. - Completing QA on various topics related to Financial Crime and Risk, upon completing the testing, these are then shared and communicated with various stakeholders amongst the business.
