District IT Analyst Senior

Act as a technology expert/specialist for the BRHD (all staff for six separate offices) including all technology which includes the following tasks * Serves as district point of contact for all vendors, support teams [AITR, Info Sec, Telecom Lead, OIM, etc.], respective VITA towers [Including Verizon, Core Technologies, and Iron Bow] * Managing network projects including network upgrades [Bandwidth], hardware installations [Switch, Routers], and cable installations [Fiber, Ethernet] * Build database-based applications to track incidents, inventory, and staff * Working with telecom vendors to facilitate network and telephone installations * Acting as a liaison between Health Department staff and the various VITA towers [first responder] * Facilitating PC Refreshes including, hardware recommendations, pre-installs, and collaboration with the PCR Manager and/or Core Technologies Technicians * Technology triage [including software and hardware recommendations] * Desktop support * Provide hardware and software support that is out of scope for Iron Bow staff including troubleshooting legacy equipment, and software. * Managing and maintaining equipment including VITA updates, charging computer batteries to preserve battery life, and inventorying equipment, and reconciling inventory * Ordering, inventorying, maintaining, and reconciling computer peripherals * Ordering, inventorying, maintaining, and reconciling smart-phones and accessories
