We designed a self-guided and home-based therapeutic exercise program that unravels the impact of sitting - the root cause of most of our musculoskeletal issues. We put this protocol in a book, then compiled it into an online course. We also distributed supplemental ergonomics equipment. Website building, accounting, course building, book writing, digital marketing, video and phot production, etc., I learnt many valuable skills throughout this process.
