• Contributed to the development of the Leadership and Lifeskills curriculum for MasterCard's Transformative Leadership Program deployed in partnership with LEAP Africa in Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Ghana. • Built and ran a Virtual Community of Practice (VCoP) involving about 700 teachers from five countries. • Supported the management of the 2018/2019 cohort of the Social Innovators Program and Awards. • Assessed the Social Innovators Program and Awards and undertook research that enriched the program design. • Developed components of e-learning courses on LEAP Africa’s Learning Management System (LMS). • Handled the editorial aspects of LEAP Africa’s published research, reports, and articles. • Collaborated in grant writing and proposal development processes for the funding of programmatic activities.
