In Jan de Vries's lab, we try to investigate terrestrialization of land plants by various Omics techniques. Currently, I study gene expression patterns across 550 million years to find how the ancestor of land plants overcome different abiotic stresses in terrestrial environments.

Molecular Biologist

GenoDeep is a new cancer screening approach based on breakthrough deep learning algorithms, that just needs an ordinary blood sample to detect cancer. I worked in this company as a molecular biologist to develop a minimal viable product so we can raise funds to continue this project. Mainly, I gathered publicly available data to train our model and review the literature in order to interpret the biological meaning of model predictions.
