Roles Contributing to the development of the study protocols. Lead in the implementation of research activities under the supervision of the principal investigator Including: • Mobilization, recruitment, and consenting of study participants, while working closely with the relevant government officials and community representatives at the study sites • Ensuring readiness of data collection tools and devices (translations, consents, recording, storage, and safety) • Coordinating data collection ensuring adherence to ethical procedures organize the field team for data transcriptions, cleaning, coding Ensuring proper documentation of all procedures and overall research process in consultation with the data manager Ensuring proper storage of all records and raw data Ensuring appropriate back-up of study data is in place Supporting with basic data analysis for quantitative data and qualitative data Planning for dissemination of study findings through appropriate channels to all the relevant stakeholders including the policy makers, implementers, academicians, other scientists, and study beneficiaries.
